Instructions to Unlock BlackBerry 9700 bold

1. Insert a SIM card to your BlackBerry 9700 bold

2. Make sure all the connections are off(WIFI and Radio signal), Go to “Manage Connections” > “Turn All Connections Off”

3. Go to “Options” (or “Settings” > “Options”) and then select “Advanced Options”

4. From the “Advanced Options” menu select “SIM Card”.

5. On the SIM Card screen type “MEPD” (you will not see what you type).

6. Now type”MEP2″ (hold the “ALT” key for the numbers).

7. When unlock screen appears go ahead and type the unlock code for your BlackBerry 9700 bold and Press “Enter”.repeat steps 5-6 if you dont see the unlocking code on screen when you type it.

You will see a message: “Code Accepted”.

Restart your BlackBerry 9700 bold, turn the connctions back on. (“Manage Connections” > “Restore Connections”) – Your BlackBerry 9700 bold is now unlocked!
