All unlock codes are guaranteed! If we can not generate your unlock code or offer a software unlocking solution we will refund you.
Due to the nature of unlock codes, video proof will be REQUIRED from customer claiming an unlock code does not work.

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect information (imei, model, provider etc) being submitted and hence resulting in an inaccurate code.

It is also up to the customer to make sure their blackberry is not already unlocked or already hard locked from entering the wrong code 10 times and resulting in “0 tries left”.
